Who is responsible

The data controller and site operator is the sole proprietor named with the P.IVA and business address in this page’s footer. For a privacy request, write to that address or use the channels on the Contact page.

When you visit

Cloudflare hosts, caches and protects this static site. To deliver a page and keep the service secure, technical request information such as your IP address, the page requested, time, browser and device information may be processed. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare’s data processing terms describe its role and safeguards.

When you contact me

The email and WhatsApp links take you to those services. This website does not transmit or store a message itself; nothing is sent until you send it in your chosen app. If you do, I receive the contact details and message you provide and use them to answer your enquiry or discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or my legitimate interest in responding to a general enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). Do not send sensitive information before we have agreed a suitable way to discuss it.

Email to this site's addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an inbox hosted by Google Gmail. Your own email provider also handles the message. If you choose WhatsApp, that service handles the conversation under its privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This launch adds no analytics, advertising or marketing tracking scripts and sets no optional tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use technical cookies where needed for security or delivery. There is no newsletter signup or automated profiling on this site.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare processes technical website requests and forwards incoming email. Google hosts the receiving inbox. Communications also use your email provider or WhatsApp when you choose those channels. These services may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards and notices; see Cloudflare’s processing terms and Google’s privacy policy. I keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and, where relevant, the resulting relationship or legal obligations. Technical website information follows the applicable Cloudflare service settings and terms; this site does not maintain a separate visitor database.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its use, receive portable data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
