Who is responsible

The data controller and site operator is the sole proprietor named with the P.IVA and business address in this page’s footer. For a privacy request, write to that address or use the channels on the Contact page.

When you visit

Cloudflare hosts, caches and protects this static site. To deliver a page and keep the service secure, technical request information such as your IP address, the page requested, time, browser and device information may be processed. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare’s data processing terms describe its role and safeguards.

When you contact me

The contact form sends your name, email address, chosen topic, message and optional WhatsApp number to my inbox through Cloudflare’s email service. The form needs your name, email, topic and message so I can understand and answer your enquiry; providing a WhatsApp number is optional. Details are sent when you submit the form, and are not saved in a separate website database. The email and WhatsApp links open those services, where you choose whether to send a message. I use the details you provide to answer your enquiry or discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or my legitimate interest in responding to a general enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). Do not send sensitive information before we have agreed a suitable way to discuss it.

Email to this site's addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an inbox hosted by Google Gmail. Contact form messages are delivered to that same inbox. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your own email provider also handles the message. If you choose WhatsApp, that service handles the conversation under its privacy policy.

Protecting the contact form

Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help prevent spam. The server verifies its token before sending a message, and limits repeated submissions using a short-lived key derived from the request IP address. These security measures rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and inbox (Article 6(1)(f)). See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice. If the check is unavailable, you can use email or WhatsApp instead.

For troubleshooting, the service records a random support reference and a fixed processing stage or acceptance event. These diagnostic entries do not contain your enquiry, contact details, IP address or security token. Retention follows the applicable Cloudflare log settings.

The AI assessment

Your answers, goal, progress, result and attempt counter are kept in session storage in your browser so you can resume after a reload. Browser session restore may retain them. Starting again replaces the previous answers and clears the optional card name, while retaining the attempt counter. If browser storage is unavailable, the assessment works in memory for that visit. Your answers and result are not sent to a website database or inbox.

An optional name for a share card stays in memory and is included only in cards you choose to create. You decide whether to download or share a card. Its public link and QR code open the assessment, not your private result. The result is an indicative learning guide; it does not make a decision about access to a service or qualification.

Cookies and analytics

This launch adds no analytics, advertising or marketing tracking scripts and sets no optional tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use technical cookies where needed for security or delivery. There is no newsletter signup or server-side visitor profiling on this site.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare hosts the website, processes contact form submissions and security checks, sends form messages and forwards incoming email. Google hosts the receiving inbox. Communications also use your email provider or WhatsApp when you choose those channels. These services may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards and notices; see Cloudflare’s processing terms and Google’s privacy policy. I keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and, where relevant, the resulting relationship or legal obligations. Technical website information follows the applicable Cloudflare service settings and terms; this site does not maintain a separate visitor database.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its use, receive portable data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Send requests to the controller using the address above or the Contact page.
